Artisan Council Interview Questions

First up was a phone screen with Nicole, who handles people and culture, just to chat about my background and how I'd fit. Then I met my potential manager for a more in-depth talk about the role's requirements. After that, I had a take-home assignment to do, which I then presented to the manager, walking them through my approach. Got great feedback, but they initially passed because they thought I was too qualified. However, they circled back months later and, after a quick catch-up call, extended an offer. They were really quick getting me started, less than two weeks from offer to day one.

went through 4 rounds of interviews, started with a quick chat with HR, then had two deep dives with senior team members, and finally a panel interview where i presented a project to various members of the social team.

The interview process was super clear and I really liked it. They let me know how many interviews there would be and that there was gonna be an assignment beforehand. HR was really good at communicating and they were quick to set up the next interview after each one. It did take a long time though, like three months, but they always kept me updated. The questions were pretty standard for social media jobs and they seemed genuinely interested the whole time.
