The process started with a recruiter call where I was pushed to give a specific salary number instead of a range. Then there was a technical screen with 3 interviewers who didn't introduce themselves. They struggled to get the call working for 30 minutes. The coding challenge was heavily micromanaged with unclear instructions on AI usage. The food and coffee were also not great. I was escorted out in front of everyone when they decided it wasn't a fit.
It started with a quick look at my resume. The first round didn't have any technical questions. I chatted with someone who wasn't the hiring manager, and they asked me some basic stuff about my background.
The interview process was quite fast. First, a recruiter screen. Then, an interview with the team lead or hiring manager where they asked scripted behavioural/competency questions. Finally, a technical interview with the team, which involved technical questions based on my resume, a LeetCode easy question, and a task to build a simple app.
