The interview was pretty professional and clear. They asked things I thought they would, but it felt more like a chat than a formal question and answer.
It was an easy process, I met directly with the CEO and senior leadership. First I had a phone call, then I met the team in person and they showed me around the facility. After just one interview, I got an offer the very next day. I countered the offer and they presented a counter to my counter. I accepted the offer and started two weeks later.
I was asked to email my resume and then call the CEO. He called me back and scheduled the first interview. He didn't give me any details beforehand. The first interview was 2 hours long with the CEO and the President. Then I had a second interview with the manager of the department, who was chewing tobacco the whole time and spitting in a cup. I got the job the next day.
