The interview process was very straightforward and streamlined. First, you meet with the hiring manager, then a panel, and finally the VP. It's a standard process, and they aim to move candidates through it quickly.
I applied and waited about 3 months before a recruiter contacted me for a phone chat. She asked standard questions about my background. Next, I interviewed with the Executive Director, who also asked standard questions about my background. Neither chat felt like a real conversation, and they didn't seem engaged with my answers or questions. I was ghosted after that, never hearing back about why I wasn't chosen.
This whole interview was a complete waste of my time, energy, and resources. I had to do a power point presentation, only to find out they hired a former employee and gave them my ideas. It felt like they wanted to hire me as a consultant, which I found unethical.
