I sent in my application and the company set up an interview date. My first chat was with HR, who was really friendly and it went well. Next, I met a department manager, also very friendly; it felt more like a discussion than an interview. Then I had a phone call with another manager, who was tougher and challenged me more, leaving me uncertain about how it went. I got the job and met with HR again to discuss salary. I also met my direct manager, who was very friendly. I started two weeks later. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
