Artech L.L.C. Recruiter interviews, decoded.

It's usually a 2-3 round interview process with some leads and managers. They want to see how good your communication is and how you manage your work. If you're a fresher, they'll ask questions related to your graduation.

The first round was a group discussion round where only about 4-5 students were selected from each group. There were 15 groups in total. The next round was a virtual HR round where they asked questions about you. Then there was another HR round for fit check questions. The final round was an operations round.

My interview experience with Artech Information System in Bangalore was really good, honest, and straightforward. It was a virtual interview, and the management responded quickly. There were two rounds of interviews to assess basic communication skills and knowledge of the recruitment process.
