Artech L.L.C. Business Development Manager interviews, decoded.

Went through a few interviews with sales leaders. They asked about my past experience and talked about the sales expectations. They're looking for new hires to achieve all new business.

The interview process had 6 steps. It started with a recruiter call that went well, but then they asked me to create a 30/60/90 day plan along with a list of my client relationship accounts and their contact names. I said I'd do the plan if I got an offer, but not before. There were too many red flags, so I passed on this opportunity.

It was a long process but helpful. I got to understand the company culture, process, and procedures. I talked to four different people and the whole thing took about three months.
