The application process happened in 2008. I had one phone call followed by an in-person meeting at the location. The vibe was chill and friendly. Within a week, I got feedback.
Two interviews were conducted, including an exam on business law provisions. You had to explain your interview answers. Overall, it was a nice experience with a good environment.
Applied online. Recruiter called the next week to set up a phone interview. Then I spoke with the Art Director on the phone. Things slowed down due to the holidays, so it was about a month until I had a phone call with the creative director. A few days later was an on-site interview where I met with 5 team members, one after the other, for 3.5 hours total. They ended up hiring someone with more experience, but I thought the process went well. The recruiter was easy to work with and answered my questions quickly. The team I met with was great, and even though I didn't get the job, I'd like to work there someday.
