After I applied, I had a first screening call with the team lead and a future colleague. We had a good chat about my background and what the role involves. Then, I was invited to prepare and give a presentation. The task was to act as if I were already in the role and deliver a session for young people. This was to see how I'd do in a real situation and show my skills, preparation, and how I handle pressure.
We started with an initial phone call, then had a teams meeting with the team lead. After that, it was a face-to-face with department heads where I had to give a presentation on a set topic to show my abilities and current thinking processes. The last step was a face-to-face with the CE level.
Discussion around the requirements of the role and what my role would be within the club and the industry as a whole are very important and important for the club
