Candidate-reported interview process

Arrived and waited about 10 minutes before talking to a principal and an associate. The staff were super friendly. The whole process was efficient and good, lasting about an hour. They gave me an office tour after the interview.

The interview was over zoom because I was not living in the city when I was looking. We went through my portfolio and talked about what I am looking for in my career. I received a response back within a week or so.

The interview process is pretty straight forward. You show them your portfolio and answer a few questions. They're mostly just looking to have a conversation and get a personality read.
