Candidate-reported interview process

A staffing agent forwarded my resume to the hiring manager. A phone interview was set up, followed by an onsite interview that ran from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

So, the first step was a written or computer test, which was pretty tough, like mid to high difficulty. If you passed that, they set up the second interview. This one was longer, like 3-4 hours, and you met with about 4 to 8 people. They asked standard background questions, some technical stuff, and a few brain teaser types of questions, you know, like the light switch room riddle. The main person making the decision was a partner, so it was crucial to make a good impression on them during this second interview.

I had two recruiter calls first and then a call with the hiring manager. The hiring manager told me they needed some skills that the recruiters didn't mention before.
