Applied through university and had a phone interview after a week. Started with resume-based behavioral questions about company culture and what I liked about the company. Then, technical questions covering econometrics and brain teasers.
The first step was a phone interview with the head quant. They started by asking about my resume, then moved on to a brain teaser, some math, probability, and other quantitative questions. The brain teaser itself was pretty easy, but I think I messed it up. I should've studied the interview book more.
started with an initial phone interview, then had a first on-site interview, followed by a second on-site interview which included a written test. Interviewers were nice to talk to. No harsh or weird questions were asked. There might be a long wait before the final decision.
