Applied for a Director role and went through two rounds of interviews with the internal team. It's been weeks with no update, even after I reached out. This really shows how bad their internal processes and communication are, and it's pretty disrespectful of my time.
I went through 3 rounds of interviews and then got an automated rejection email. None of the interviews were super tough, so I'm surprised I didn't get an offer.
Recruiter, HR, and a dual panel interview all went well. The final interview was a negative experience though. The interviewer was new and seemed rushed and disengaged. The feedback I got didn't feel entirely truthful, especially since my resume and the interview itself seemed to lean towards CI, so much so that I explicitly mentioned my interest in operations, thinking I wasn't coming across as CI-focused enough. However, the feedback was that I wasn't CI-focused. I didn't get an offer, which is probably for the best since I likely wouldn't enjoy working with that employee as my manager.
