Had a phone screen with the recruiter, then an onsite interview with 1-2 staff members. The recruiter was communicative and the process moved quickly. I wonder why they don't interview internal candidates first before opening it up externally if that person isn't a good fit.
It was a smooth phone interview and scheduling of in person interview. The recruiter gave great information about the company and answered many questions before I could ask them, I am looking forward to the next interview.
This was a great interview process. Both the phone calls and the in-person interviews felt very comfortable. They really put a strong emphasis on the company culture and values, which was refreshing. This really helped give a feel for what the work environment would be like too.
