straight forward with non-technical approach, interviewer will be very verbal and clear with his requirement for the post they are looking for and clear answering will help to go through

The interview process involved multiple interviews, including HR, Business Unit Manager, Team Manager, and even the CEO. The interviewers seemed more focused on describing the role than actively listening or understanding my responses. They asked a few questions to get a general idea of my background. Looking back, some of the role descriptions provided were not entirely accurate or were at least unclear.

I had an initial phone call. Then, after a few days, I went through two technical interviews and a HR interview. The questions were mainly about concepts.
