Arrow Electronics Supply Chain Analyst interviews, decoded.

It was a pretty standard interview process, and the questions weren't too tough. They mostly wanted to know about how I handled my day-to-day tasks. Overall, it was a positive and good experience.

It was a relaxed group interview with the hiring manager and two Buyer managers. They asked questions about my past experiences and how they'd fit into Arrow's structure. It was mostly a "get to know you" session and a general skills check. The only issue was how long it took to hear back after the interview.

Got an email from the recruiter fast. Interviewed with a supervisor next week. Got a call back the day after for a second interview. The second interview was with the same supervisor and his manager. The manager was late and said the job was awful. He didn't answer questions and just stared at my resume. I was told I'd hear back in a week. Four weeks later, a rejection email arrived. The second interview felt unprofessional. The office was a cubicle maze, drab, but the front desk lady was welcoming.
