I had one-on-one interviews with different people in the company: a Sales Manager, an outside salesperson, an Account Development Rep, an inside sales person, and the general manager. It was really more about me asking them questions and learning more about the role.

I initially applied for a different role via email. However, the hiring manager for this specific department reached out to gauge my interest in this particular position. I had a one-on-one interview with him, after which he included his lead for a subsequent interview. The interviews themselves went well. It took about 4 months from the interview to receiving a verbal offer, which highlights the extremely slow pace of their hiring process.

I had two interviews that were about an hour each. They were pretty quick. One of the managers seemed a bit stressed, but the other was pretty chill. My best advice is to be confident, the team environment there is good.
