The company might change things up depending on what they need, their rules, and the industry, but the general process looks like this: Screening interview, then a phone interview, followed by a skill assessment, and then the first, second, and third interviews. After that, they'll make a job offer.
It was a 3-stage interview process. First, I spoke with the recruiter. Then, I had a chat with the line manager. Finally, I met with the Senior Manager. The vibe was really good, and I got positive feedback fairly quickly.
The process was good, starting with a phone interview for the remote management team and then an in-person interview for the local Denver area managers. The interview team asked fair questions and had honest discussions.
