It was easy, they asked some simple AI questions. I was underwhelmed. But they seemed genuine and interested in getting to know me. I don't know if the interview would have been more challenging if it would have ranked them higher on my prospects list.
Recruiter called me, then set up a phone interview for the next day. An in-person interview was scheduled for the week after. I didn't hear anything for about a week after that, so I called them to check on the status. It took about 3 weeks from the final interview to get an unofficial offer, and then another week for the official paperwork. It's a big company, so they move slowly.
I had a phone interview that was scheduled for about a week after they called. I spoke with the hiring manager about the job, and they seemed pretty laid back. It was a pretty easy interview overall, lasting around 30 minutes. I ended up not taking the position because I realized it wasn't really what I was looking for. The hiring manager was upfront and clear about the job responsibilities, not sugarcoating anything and making sure I understood the work involved.
