We started with some emails back and forth, then had a 30-minute phone chat within the week. It covered usual stuff about my background and if I was okay with coming into the office.
I interviewed with Arrow and it was a really bad experience. First, I had a call with the recruiter where they asked me about my experience, even though I had already put it in my application. Then, I had a Microsoft Teams interview with the Hiring Manager. The HM was a bit late, didn't turn on her camera, and seemed uninterested. She asked me a couple of basic questions and then I had to basically run the rest of the conversation. They later told me I wasn't moving forward, and the recruiter didn't have any specific feedback for me.
It was a really smooth process, the managers seemed keen to chat and learn about me. They also let me ask questions at the end, and there were no case studies involved.
