Candidate-reported interview process

So there were two interviews. The first one was like a screening interview. They asked me a bunch of behavioral questions and to talk about myself. The second interview was with the manager and it was pretty short and way easier.

I applied online and about 2 weeks later was contacted by a recruiter for a phone screen. The next day I was contacted again and told that hiring managers were interested in interviewing with me. I did about a 30-minute phone interview and then was offered about a week later.

It started with a phone screening with the recruiter who was really nice and easy to talk to. I asked her a lot of questions. After that, I had several interviews with the managers I might have worked with.
