Candidate-reported interview process

It involved two interviews with the hiring manager, which weren't super technical, leaning more towards aptitude. There were some technical questions, but overall they were more get-to-know-you chats for both sides. Got a good offer but turned it down.

So the interview process is pretty straightforward. It's gonna be all virtual. We have 3 rounds in total: 2 technical rounds and 1 HR round. The panel for each interview will have at least 2 members plus the HR person.

I got a call through a recruiter for a full-time role with Arrow Electronics. The interview went well and I was selected. However, the HR team was quite rude and unpleasant. They initially avoided discussing salary and benefits, which is unusual. Then, they revised the salary offer downwards by 5k with weak justifications. I cannot accept an offer from a company with such unethical practices.
