Well-structured interview rounds. The first was with the recruiter to assess my language skills and a bit about my personal and professional development. A couple of days later, we scheduled 2 technical interviews, which were quite serious and very clear.
I had two really nice and positive interviews. What was truly disappointing was the reaction or feedback – nothing happened. No response, no email. I also tried calling to inquire about the status, but couldn't reach the contact person.
The first recruiter I spoke with was really nice and easy to chat with. She was interviewing me for the intern role I applied for, but then she suggested I might be a better fit for another intern position and said she'd send my resume and notes to that team. After that, I talked to a VP from the new department, and they were also super friendly and helpful, really interested in my resume and what I'm studying, and how I could help the company. The HR team was also really quick to reply to emails, which was awesome. I got an offer after a few weeks of interviews. All in all, it was a really good interview experience.
