First, a quick chat to make sure your resume is legit and ask some technical questions. Then, you'll talk with upper management. It's more of a standard interview to see if you're a good fit and have good people skills.
I met with the hiring managers and directors for this role. They asked some really good questions and were quite transparent about the position. All my questions were answered, and they made me feel comfortable, which helped me answer their questions more easily. It was valuable to meet with managers at different levels, providing good exposure and interview practice.
I had a phone interview first, then a one-on-one with the manager. The manager was pretty chill and didn't ask too many tough technical questions. The HR person was great, always quick to answer my questions.
