First I talked to a recruiter, and then I interviewed with the area manager. Everything went great, but they never contacted me again. We agreed to have a follow-up interview, but that's as far as it went.

I was working for a competitor and they approached me with a better offer, more money and a bigger territory. The first chat was super casual at a Starbucks with the GM. Then I met the Engineering manager for a second interview which was way more serious and tough with harder questions and a less friendly vibe. They had 4 interviews in total before making an offer, but it felt like they were really trying to convince me to join.
