The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a phone screening, then an in-person interview that was heavy on behavioral and situational questions. After that, I got an offer and accepted. But then HR dragged their feet sending the necessary paperwork, so much so that my initial offer was rescinded. They also make you pay for your own onboarding services upfront. Honestly, I couldn't and wouldn't recommend this company.
They did a phone screen, then an in person interview which felt pretty intense and lasted about an hour, and then a follow up phone call. The benefits are good and it seems like a nice place to work, but the job is hard and doesn't pay enough. If you have gaps in your work history, they won't consider you, which is a shame because they might miss out on good candidates.
Normal interview process, a lot of communication between the person in charge of interview and I. Made sure there were no questions that were unanswered prior to the interview. During interview there were a lot of questions
