Candidate-reported interview process

The process involved an introductory phone call, an official phone interview, and an in-person interview at the Columbus office. It was a good experience and everyone was welcoming. I appreciated how quickly I heard back after applying.

The interview process was really good. It was straightforward but not so intense that you felt you had to be perfect. HR gave a good sense of the company and the job. It was also great that they moved things along quickly between stages.

The interview process was pretty easy to go through. I started with a phone call with a recruiter where we talked about my background and skills for about 45 minutes. After about a week, I came in for a branch visit. They showed me around, and I got to chat with someone who is currently a BDR. Then I had a meeting with the branch manager. The whole visit took about 2.5 hours.
