The interview process was straightforward and informative. I had a phone and an in person interview at Arrive's Chicago office. Both the recruiting and management team were very knowledgeable and transparent.
The interview process starts with a quick 10-minute phone call, followed by a 30-minute phone interview. The final stage is a 30-minute Zoom call with an operations manager. The whole process moves very quickly.
The interview process was honestly a great experience. Everything felt smooth and well organized, and each conversation felt natural rather than forced. I really enjoyed the onsite visit as well. Getting the chance to shadow and see what the day to day work actually looks like made a big difference. It was great meeting the team in person and experiencing the energy in the office. Overall, it felt welcoming and genuine, and it made me even more interested in the opportunity.
