There were a couple of quizzes and some questions, nothing too difficult, they just want to see you be yourself. They really want to make sure you can handle the 10-hour work days and the fast-paced, crazy environment. Make sure to be ready to talk about your resume because they will go over it.
I applied online and heard back from Arrive Logistics a few days later. They called me for a 30-minute informal chat. After that, I got an online assessment. A couple days later, I had an onsite interview. I talked to sales floor employees, took notes on the daily tasks and what skills are needed. The interview was tough but great because they ask smart, relevant questions to understand who you are and what you can bring. After the onsite, I got an offer letter.
Ben was the first person I talked to on the phone, then I met the rest of the team in person. They were all very nice and welcoming and it felt like they wanted to get to know me, which I really liked.
