The interview process starts with a personality/aptitude test, around 20 minutes. I don't know what they look for, but I passed to the next round - a 20 question questionnaire with random technical questions mostly for a dev. No personal contact yet, just emails. Then, I finally talked to a recruiter (not hiring manager or team). My first meeting was cancelled last minute, told to reschedule. I shouldn't have bothered, it had been weeks. The actual conversation was only 20 minutes, they kept saying how busy they were, how many people they had to talk to and hire. Then I got the generic rejection email. Don't bother with this company, something is wrong here.
So far I've only done the assessments. They were basically GMAT questions on one test and incredibly easy questions about AI usage. The AI one you would literally have to do with your eyes closed to do poorly on and the other one will favor those that do well on standardized tests.
First, I had to take a CCAT test which seemed to be a standard thing for many candidates. I felt it wasn't a good measure of job ability and was kind of biased. When I did get to interview, the team seemed okay, but I was a bit worried about their technical skills. The person who interviewed me technically didn't know some things I brought up, which was a big reason I didn't accept the offer, plus the pay wasn't great.
