Interview went well in my opinion. It was a 1 on 1 however after the next day , I was told I did not get the position. Recruiter was taking notes the whole time but she was friendly
The process was agile and direct. HR channels you to the manager quickly, and they explain the position in detail. There's openness for questions and they don't strictly follow company standards.
So before the first call, you first have to do these two tests, one on emotional intelligence and another one on cognitive processing. After passing those, there's a phone screen. Then you interview with the hiring manager, followed by an interview with four other stakeholders. After that, there's a working session with the hiring manager and a peer that lasts an hour. Finally, you'll meet with the CEO and COO.
