Candidate-reported interview process

First was an HR call, then a hiring manager call where we discussed my experience and the job itself, and finally an in-person onsite where I met some other people and got a tour of the office.

The recruiting process felt disorganized and the interviewing team seemed out of sync. There was noticeable friction between them, suggesting a lack of a structured recruitment approach and that leadership was hindering recruiters from progressing candidates efficiently.

Started with a phone call that covered the internship duties and confirmed my interest. Then, I had an in-person interview at their Baltimore office five days later. The interview took place in a really nice office setting with two engineers and an architect. They were all super welcoming and friendly.
