This was a fast hiring process, including a background check and then onboarding. I initially worked in e-commerce before moving to an in-store role. The training for phone sales takes two weeks, but I'm not sure how long the retail training lasts.
I had an interview on 11/20/25 and haven’t heard anything since then. Not only that, but the interview was unprofessional. The cellular device was looked at one time while I was talking. I was told “It’s not giving” and I give “stiff corporate.” I guess cool, calm and collected people aren’t good enough to be sales representatives even though I clearly have experience in sales. They definitely want aggressive and pushy people. After reading the negative reviews on here, it’s safe to say I dodged a major bullet. Stop ghosting potential candidates and be professional. Do better!!!
The interview process was fairly easy, as long as you answer and listen to what they ask you'll be fine. It's a great company to work for, so show passion for the brand.
