Candidate-reported interview process

Applying at Aroma Espresso Bar is pretty simple, either online or in person. Then they'll likely give you a call or send an email to set up a time to chat. During the interview, the manager will ask you things about how you are with customers, when you can work, and if you've done this kind of job before. It's a pretty relaxed chat, and they usually let you know pretty fast if you got the job.

The interview went well and I'm optimistic about getting the job. It seems like a great first job, but I ended up accepting another offer.

After submitting my application, where I mentioned my customer service skills, I had a quick phone screening. Then, I went in for an in-person interview to talk about my skills, when I'm free, and how much I love coffee.
