The interview was laid-back but still professional. The partners really wanted to know about my personality and if I'd fit in with the current staff. My second interview was with the junior partners and the head paralegals, and that one was more focused on my experience and skills.
The interview process was pretty standard. It took place over two separate days, with each session lasting about an hour. During the interviews, I chatted with the partners and the office manager about my past work experiences. Most of the conversations were laid-back, and I didn't feel like I had to say the 'perfect' thing. It was more about getting to know each other and seeing if I'd be a good fit for the firm's culture.
The interview process felt reasonable and had two interviews spread across two days. I spoke with the managing attorneys and litigation manager. We went over my litigation background and what the job requires. It seemed like they cared more about if I'd fit the firm culture than my actual skills. I liked how they interviewed because they were trying to get to know me as a person, not just focus on my previous jobs.
