The interview took about an hour and seemed to go well. They asked me about my background, experience, education, and what age group I'd prefer to work with. In the end, they felt I was a good fit for a more senior role than the one I initially applied for.
It was a really quick and simple interview process. They decided to offer me the job on the very same day we talked, and I was able to start working there in less than two weeks. The interview itself was a panel setup, with people from various departments participating. All in all, it was a positive experience.
It was a phone interview where they briefly talked about my skills and asked some technical questions. Three people interviewed me over the phone. The whole thing was about 30 minutes long.
