Candidate-reported interview process

I met with the hiring manager for the Sales Associate position. They explained the role and shared some company details. The questions were about practical and ethical scenarios. After our chat, they gave me a tour. It was a good experience overall.

The hiring process is pretty straightforward. I wore formal attire. They only conduct one in-person interview. Unfortunately, they don't follow up to inform you if you didn't get the job, which has happened to me a few times before. The entire hiring process typically takes about two weeks to finalize.

The interview process was simple and straightforward, and I got responses quickly. The HR team was really helpful in finding roles that fit what I was looking for. I even got to do the training as part of the interview. They made the experience feel very realistic.
