Candidate-reported interview process

Very easy, quick and simple questions, you interview with the customer service supervisor, she will then show you around afterwards and give a call back within a week. It took maybe less than 30 minutes during the whole process

I had an in-person interview directly with the manager. We talked about situations I've faced with customers and my own personal goals and how they would benefit the company. Afterwards, we did a tour of the building and they told me a bit about the different departments.

I mostly got in through HR. The Regional Manager interviewed me because my direct supervisor wasn't around. I met my supervisor on my first day. That Regional Manager quit a few months after I started. He was pretty upfront and honest about what the department was like.
