Armstrong Transport Interview Questions

This was a very transparent interview process where they laid out the job description and expectations clearly. I spoke with two managers who were both pretty laid back, which seems to reflect the office culture.

First, I had a chat with HR about my background and schooling. Then, the department heads asked me some more in-depth questions about my experience and what I know. After that, they reached out about the job and sent over an offer letter.

It began with a phone chat, and then we met in person for a face-to-face meeting. It was a really good conversation with JK; he was very approachable and a good guy. I liked his enthusiasm and how he sees the company; I really think this would be a fantastic place to work.
