Armor Health Interview Questions

I had several interviews to work here. It started with a screening interview, then multiple site visits, and an interview with the medical director. They seemed pretty easy and they appeared interested, but then they just ghosted me. Not even a rejection email after all my wasted time (I had to take time off work for the site visits). They showed zero respect for my time. I did end up getting a job with the state in corrections, so I feel that was a better outcome. But I’d be careful about doing interview after interview with them.

So first, a recruiter called me. Then I had an interview with the HSA, and after that, a background check. They called me after my background check was cleared. It's a great company to work for.

It was a phone screening, and the call was a video call. They were very professional and polite and answered all of my questions with great detail. I look forward to applying again when I transfer my license to Texas.
