The interview process was a panel interview. They asked very basic questions and didn't seem to be looking for a good team fit. They tried to make you feel comfortable, but it felt more like a networking exam.
I interviewed with the Team Lead and Head of Operations. There was no assignment, I just talked about my past experience and projects. They asked me about my experience with customer data requests and a failure I had and what I learned.
The interview process involved asking questions about product flow for a hypothetical product, focusing on the MVP and roadmap development. I also had to discuss my past experience, providing examples of products I've worked on and features I've led. Some questions were based on actual product challenges faced at Armis. There was also a simulated customer compliment conversation, conducted in English.
