I had one interview on campus which lasted about 30 minutes. I heard from others that they had 3 rounds of interviews, each lasting about the same amount of time. The interview overall was very casual.
Interview was super easy and personable. Talked to the recruiter first, and then 2 partners one-on-one afterwards. They more so just wanted to get a feel for your personality. I will say, I had a signed contract with them for 9 months, and they pushed my start date back, then months later they rescinded the offer. Super unfortunate, I pretty much can't find another job open this year, and a lot of the people I initially talked to left the company. Just something to keep in mind.
It was a really easy and quick interview process. I first had a call with the recruiter. Then, I had two back-to-back interviews, each about 30 minutes long, with senior employees. The questions were mostly behavioral.
