It's not really an interview process, you have to pass different exams to get in. Entry is based on score and how many people are needed that year. Meaning, if they need 1000 positions, the 1000 people with the highest scores get into the PSP. Then you have medical exams you must pass and finally physical performance exams.
Greetings, it was a bit complicated but as the minutes passed you got more comfortable. Lots of personal questions, family questions, background checks, if you have relatives with crimes or in the military and what you think of the navy.
The selection process seemed fine, with many applicants and a good selection system. The tests were difficult, and you need to have a calling to belong to this force.
