All interviews were virtual due to COVID-19. The HR team promptly provided feedback and outlined next steps after each interview round. They have a cool new onboarding website to track To-Dos and allow requests for info from the onboarding team or hiring manager. HR and the engineering team stayed in touch every few weeks. Overall, it was a good interview experience.
The process was pretty straightforward, focusing on your subject knowledge, programming abilities, analytics skills, and problem-solving. They threw in a real case scenario where you had to code and debug. There was also an HR round where they explained their business and you talked about how you'd be a good fit.
The process is simple, just be yourself. It should be good for embedded programming. You should know architecture and basic data structures well. There were 3 rounds, and each round had 2 panelists.
