The interview process was pretty smooth and fast. The recruiter set up the interview quickly, and it didn't feel like an interrogation. I found out I wasn't selected for the job via email less than a week later.
Applied online and heard back from the talent acquisition team who scheduled an interview. Ended up speaking with a different recruiter than the one who initially set it up, and they had a really thick accent that made them hard to understand. It felt like a test of how well I could cram information.
I applied through Glassdoor and got shortlisted. The first round was a written test with technical and aptitude questions. The second round was a personal interview focusing on digital circuits and projects.
