Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and the interview process went on for about 2.5 months. It included 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round. I was interviewed by a recruiting manager from Israel for Arm (Noida) in May 2019. The HRs were very unprofessional.

The interview started with a phone call, then there was a coding test. After that, I had an onsite interview that included a review of my coding exercise, and deep dives into software development, testing, and programming languages. The final part was a behavioral and team-fit interview.

They expected me to know the job role and the industry. I only prepared for my resume and previous experience. Also, the interview was more about discussing what they do and how they do it.
