Candidate-reported interview process

Had a career fair on Wednesday. Got contacted and messaged that night to schedule an interview for 10 AM the next day. It was my first interview ever, so I didn't know what to expect. It was a TECHNICAL INTERVIEW and straightforward. The interviewers offered help when I was stuck, but it would have been nice to have a heads-up. I was just denied today after waiting for 5 weeks.

Did some online video questions, like why ARM and then a coding test, you can use any language. Then an onsite interview in Cambridge.

I had a phone interview that lasted about an hour. They wanted to check my basic knowledge and experience. The last two questions, you could pick one out of three to answer and explain the knowledge in detail.
