Candidate-reported interview process

I sent in my application online. A recruiter reached out by phone shortly after. Then, I had a technical interview via Skype video call. The recruiter was great about responding to my emails, usually getting back to me within an hour.

I applied through their website and Arm's talent team got back to me. We set up a phone call via Skype for an hour with the hiring manager.

The interviews went pretty standard. First, I had a phone chat with a recruiter. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager over the phone. After that, it was an onsite interview which consisted of about four 1-hour sessions. Overall, I had a really good feeling about it.
