The interview process took about 2.5 months. It involved 3 technical rounds and 1 HR round. After that, they asked for my latest salary documents to work on a salary offer, which suggested I had cleared all interviews and was just waiting for the offer letter, based on feedback from a Senior HR. However, they suddenly stopped responding to my emails, calls, and messages. The HRs in Bangalore are really irresponsible; they don't even have the courage to tell a candidate 'no' if they don't want to proceed, especially when the candidate is chasing them for feedback. It was a poorly managed interview process with lazy HRs.
The overall process wasn't too difficult. There were some unexpected questions, like drawing a digital gate schematic, but they gave me ample time to figure it out. It was alright.
The entire virtual hiring process was super smooth and really helpful, especially with COVID times. I got the interview results back in just 2 days and received an offer within the same week. The HR team was very supportive throughout the whole thing.
