The recruitment process was exceptionally slow. Two weeks after the first round interview (which itself was scheduled over a month after applying), I'm still waiting for feedback. When they invited me to the first round, the recruiter also asked if I wanted to withdraw my application. It seems like they expect candidates to have other offers by the time they finish their process. The 30-hour interview with three interviewers felt insufficient for them to ask meaningful questions and for me to fully explain my background and skills. It was quite disorganized.
The first round was a Hirevue video interview, taking about 30 minutes, covering the position, yourself, and some technical questions. The second round involved a Python test. The final round was an online panel interview with a mix of technical and behavioral questions. The interviewers were really friendly and seemed passionate about their work, suggesting a great environment.
I had a phone interview, which went well and the interviewers were friendly. They didn't give me any updates after that. They said the hiring process would conclude by the end of November, so I assume I didn't get the job. The only downside was not receiving any feedback on my performance.
